Megan Hall-President: Megan is a senior financial analyst with over 10 years of experience in the health care industry. In her role, she supports budgeting, financial planning and strategic analysis for both Medicare and MedicaidShe was born and raised in Oregon and as a child spent time with family in Bend, Oregon where M Perfectly is currently located. Megan joined M Perfectly in January 2022 as the Board President.

Colleen Wadeson-Secretary: Colleen’s professional pursuits through 20+ years of experience include marketing, architecture, teaching, art instruction, writing, and project management. Currently serving as Office Coordinator for an award-winning architecture firm in Central Oregon, Colleen is creative and organized with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

With passionate belief in the vision of “beauty from ashes”, as a board member, she will strategically support M Perfectly’s mission to encourage, educate, and equip women through transformative life transitions.

Jessica Jensen-Vice President: Purpose led, digital-first marketing executive with cross-industry experience in B2B (Qualcomm, Microsoft) and B2C (Adidas, Nestle) organizations. Driver of success across all marketing functions including brand strategy, user experience, and executive communications. Organizational leader with a history of building and nurturing rockstar teams and influencing c-suite stakeholders. A rare combination of high EQ and analytical rigor. But, maybe most importantly, a believer in progress over perfection.

Brenda Moreno- Treasurer: Brenda has over 20 years of experience in Finance. She has spent most of her career in healthcare related companies. She is currently Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Imperative Care, Inc. As a finance leader, she guides companies through budgeting, planning and strategic analysis, and has played a pivotal roles in providing critical information for decision making. She has established herself as a trusted and caring leader.

Brenda lives in Northern California with her son. She enjoys spending time with her extended family, loves the outdoors and a great workout.

Kennette Banks-Board Director: Kennette Banks (she/her) is an executive leader and DEIB practitioner with 16 years of experience in nonprofit management and school leadership. She fuses systems and strategy to increase organizational impact, clarity and efficiency. As a consultant, facilitator, and coach, Kennette melds skill-building with emotional intelligence to impact leaders who want to increase their impact across sectors and create more inclusive team.

Miriam Lea-Board Chair: Miriam Lea has over 25 years of experience as a Human Resources professional. She has worked with a wide variety of companies from large, publicly traded organizations to small high tech startups. She brings knowledge of HR law, compensation, talent acquisition and strategic planning to the M Perfectly team. After raising two children in the Portland area, Miriam and her husband recently relocated to Redmond, Oregon. They love all things Central Oregon including hiking, skiing, mountain biking and camping. Miriam is passionate about supporting women on their journeys to overcome challenges and create a new life of hope and strength.

When creating the perfect M Perfectly board it was extremely important to have representation from women from all walks of life. With a strong mission of helping women to overcome oppressive societal expectations, it’s important to know the different types of barriers and inequities women face in the communities we serve. Not only are we a reflection of what D, E & I should look like, but our actions are proven through the scope of work we offer and the people we serve.
