40% of the nationwide homeless population is made up of women. This statistic is largely due to domestic violence and sexual abuse. Women struggle to move forward everyday from trauma & deep rooted pain, but we believe there is hope if we work together.
How So?
M Perfectly partners with organizations in Central Oregon to provide education, training & set SMART goals, keeping residents informed about their progress, achievements, & areas that need a little extra focus. Through hands-on workshops, personalized coaching, & practical exercises, we equip participants with the knowledge & tools they need to rebuild their lives & embrace a future filled with promise.
We are dedicated to providing comprehensive life skills training that addresses the unique needs & challenges faced by the women we serve. Our programs are designed to cover a range of essential life skills, including:
Financial Literacy: Budgeting, managing money, & understanding financial systems.
Health & Nutrition: Meal planning, cooking, & daily exercises to improve our physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
Communication & Social Skills: Building & nurturing relationships, effective communication, & conflict resolution.
Career Development: Resume building, job search techniques, & interview skills.
